I offer private yoga classes online via Zoom or Skype and in-person in Saarbrücken, Germany. All you need is a place for your yoga mat where I can see you well, a computer/laptop/tablet/phone with a good internet connection, and maybe a few props (yoga blocks, strap, blanket).
Private yoga classes are customized to your level of experience and your goals. Private classes are particularly beneficial for beginners to gain some basic knowledge and experience in yoga, learn to practice safely and honor the limitations of their bodies, adjust and modify the practice to meet their current fitness level and work safely to progress further.
A private yoga class plan is developed to work on your goals in a systematic and progressive way whether it’s improving strength, flexibility, balance or overall fitness.
Private yoga classes are great for people who need a bit more motivation and accountability to practice yoga regularly. And if your goal is to develop a home yoga practice, you will learn the right way to practice the poses and how to put them together into simple sequences to practice on your own.

Single session 45 min – 25 EUR /10 class package x 45 min – 225 EUR / 20 class package x 45 min – 425 EUR
Single session 60 min – 35 EUR/10 class package x 60 min – 315 EUR / 20 class package x 60 min- 630 EUR

Cancellation Policy
Please email me to cancel classes at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time. All classes missed, not canceled or rescheduled within this time frame will be charged in full. Thank you for your understanding.
